Año Nuevo en Uruguay!

So... I know I said I would write ASAP but final exams, traveling around the world, and starting classes again have been hectic! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas/New Years wherever you were and whoever you were with :) I was extremely lucky to be able to go to Uruguay to visit my family. I had an amazing time, everyone was together and the weather was warm and sunny. I would say my new year started out in the best way. Here are some pictures!

Vacation at Last!

Hey everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in forever. However I have multiple excuses. The semester just ended and so for the past two weeks I have been able to do nothing other than bury my nose in a textbook and study all day. Second, my lens has been acting strange, hardly ever focusing, so it's been impossible to take any decent pictures. Nonetheless, now I am at home relaxing from the hectic semester, trying to recuperate from so much stress. But I am really excited for the holidays!! I am going to Uruguay soon, and I can't wait! As for today, it is a rainy and cold day so I guess I'll just take it easy for now. Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely time off!! I will post more pictures soon, I promise!

Thanksgiving with Family

I hope everyone had a very happy thanksgiving! Whether surrounded by family, with a couple of close friends, or on your own, thanksgiving is a time to take a moment in the day and be thankful for everything life has given you. And also of course to eat lots of delicious food!   :)

Countdown

I'm so excited that I'm going to Uruguay to visit my family for New Years! I go every year but I always go in the summer here, which is wintertime over there. Which means all my cousins are busy with classes, and the days are short and cold. It has been about 6 years since I've been there during the summer; I can't wait!
